Delivery Schedule

Rokkos Delivery purchases items directly from Costco twice a week based on customer orders, and deliveries are generally made on Mondays and Fridays. If a delivery day falls on a holiday, it will be rescheduled to a weekday. Days off are irregular; please refer to our Delivery Schedules for updates. The schedule for the month after next is published at the end of each month (e.g., the March schedule is published at the end of January). Information about long holidays, such as New Year and summer vacations, will also be provided in advance.


Orders

Orders can be placed anytime through our online shop. Non-Costco members are also welcome to use our service. For same-day delivery, please place your order by 8:45am on the day of delivery. Orders placed after this time will be delivered on the next available delivery date. Orders can be placed up to 30 days in advance. The minimum order amount is 5,000 yen (tax included).


Delivery Fee (Shipping)

The delivery fee is 500 yen (tax included). Free shipping is available for orders of 10,000 yen or more (tax included).


Delivery Area

Deliveries are limited to Rokko Island (Koyocho-Naka, Higashinada-ku, Kobe). We do not deliver to other areas.


Delivery Time

Delivery time slots are as follows (cannot be selected):

West (Naka 5–9 chome): 4:00pm–6:00pm

East (Naka 1–4 chome): 5:00pm–7:00pm

Please note that delivery times may vary due to weather or road conditions.


Reattempt delivery

Please ensure that someone is at home during the delivery time slot. If no one is home, a missed-delivery slip will be left and the items will be taken back. Reattempt delivery requests are accepted until 7:15 PM on the same day. Please submit your request through the Reattempt Delivery Request Form or via our official LINE account.
Reattempt delivery is free of charge; however, specific delivery times cannot be scheduled. Please submit your request only after you have returned home. Depending on delivery conditions, reattempt delivery will be completed by 8:00 PM on the same day. For hygiene reasons, we are unable to provide next-day reattempt delivery. Please understand that we cannot offer refunds for reasons attributable to the customer, including missed reattempt delivery.


Leave-at-Door/Front-Desk Delivery

If you wish to use leave-at-door/front-desk delivery while absent, please check the box labeled "Leave package at the door/front desk when I'm not home." in the cart. If the package is not at your doorstep, please check at the front desk. If it is not there either, it has been taken back, so please refer to the delivery notice. Once the package is placed at the designated location, the delivery will be considered complete. We are not responsible for theft, damage, or loss after leave-at-door delivery. For safety, please check the contents immediately upon receipt. Please note that sushi cannot be delivered using leave-at-door for quality reasons (the checkbox will be hidden if sushi is in the cart).


Prices and Product Specifications

Due to Costco’s procurement situation, product prices and specifications on our online shop may be changed or updated without notice. Thank you for your understanding.


Receipt

If you would like a receipt, please submit a request via our Receipt Request Form.
Please note that the amount may change depending on Costco’s stock availability, so receipts will be sent by email after delivery is completed.
Also, please be aware that we do not support the invoice system.


Changing Delivery Dates

Please contact us via Contact Us at least one day before your scheduled delivery date. Changes on the delivery day cannot be accepted.


Cancellations, Changes, Returns, and Refunds

Cancellations and product changes must be requested via Contact Us within 5 days from the order date. Requests after this period for customer convenience will not be accepted. Same-day cancellations or changes are also not accepted.

Returns and refunds for customer convenience, including absences during redelivery, are not accepted. In case of damage or defective products, please notify us via Contact Us on the day of delivery. Please provide your order number and photos showing the condition of the product.
